About Us and the Service We Provide
We try to make shopping for a photographer and videographer as easy as possible. The choices are endless in what we can do with the images once they are captured. If we have missed something, you would like to see included in our services please let us know. I am sure we can accommodate most requests. Our emphasis is on providing top quality service for you on your wedding day and beyond.
Photography
A professional photographer is a must. There are once in a life time moments to be recorded and should not be missed. The professional works with the officiant, musicians, and the banquet manager to insure that the day runs smoothly and is enjoyed by all.
Some of our packages are designed to cover from the bride's home to the last dance at the reception, and includes two photographers. One photographer is there to cover the activities of the Bride and Groom. While, the second photographer is there to cover family and friends. There are packages for those brides and grooms choosing a smaller and more intimate event at one location.
We photograph in two styles, traditional and photo journalistic. Traditional photographs are timeless, and include the vows, ring exchange, formal portraits, parent's dances, cake cutting, the garter and the bouquet. The photo journalistic photographs are illustrative images designed to capture moments in time. Such as, the bride and her father at the moment they are about to walk down the aisle, the groom as he sees his bride for the first time and the guest reactions during the cake cutting. Some of these moments happen at the same time, that is why we offer a 2nd photographer.
One question we get asked is how many images will we receive? That number varies depending on several factors. How large is your wedding party? How many guests are you inviting? A wedding where there are only 30 guests will have fewer images than a wedding with 300 guests, because there are fewer people. Our focus is on giving you quality images along with the images you want and not on quantity. We make every image count. Our range of images you receive on average has been 500 to 1000 images.
We also offer online viewing and ordering of your images, so you and your guests can see the images within three weeks or less while you are waiting for your proof album to be printed.
Video Taping
Video complements the photography. Video is designed to capture the sounds and actions of the wedding day. The wedding day goes by so fast, it is nice to relive the memories and to remember the words spoken that day such as the vows, the readings, your first dance song, the toasts and well wishes from your friends and family. Just as we have two photographers to cover events that are happening at the same time or to get a different perspective, we offer two videographers on your wedding day. Two videographers have been used to cover both the bride and groom during the ceremony, and to record well wishes from the guests.
Our video packages include - a photo montage and invitation as the introduction to the wedding video, honeymoon images set to music and three copies on DVD.

Terms & Conditions
General Information:
*$250.00 Non-Refundable Retainer is required to reserve the date & the price of the selected package.
*$100.00 Travel Charge will be added for weddings more than 50 miles and less than 150 miles one way from Auntie El's Video & Photography Studio or provide overnight accomodations (the same accomodations for your guests).
*Additional Travel Charge and overnight accomodations will be provided by the bride and groom for distances greater than 150 miles one way from A & E Studios.
*A $25.00 shipping charge per address will be added to final payment for any finished product not picked up at our studio.
*All sales subject to New York Sales Tax of 8% or Current Sales Tax Rate.
*We accept Master Card, Visa, Cash, Money Orders and Checks.

Due 8 weeks prior to the Wedding Date:
*50% of Balance Due
*Invitation, including RSVP card. If applicable, Photos, Written Material & Music for the Wedding Video.
Due On the Wedding Date:
*Remaining of 50% of the Balance Due. Account must be paid in full.
Additional Information:
*Albums, Frames, Enlargements & Reprints must be paid in full with order.
*The Bride & Groom are responsible for confirming the details of the Wedding Day, including but not limited to times and places of wedding and reception.
*Bride & Groom are responsible for dinner at the reception for the photographers, videographer and/or assistant. We request being served immediately after wedding party, this way we are ready when you are ready. We are not responsible for capturing any moment that happens during dinner if we are not assigned a seat in the same room as the bride and groom.
*We do carry back up equipment however; we are not responsible for weather conditions, equipment failure or anything beyond our control.
*You can expect your proof albums and/or video ready for pickup approximately 60 days after your photo selections have been returned. (Possibly longer if your wedding is in June, July or August).
*Formal and Parents Albums will be available for pickup approximately 12 weeks after your photo selections have been returned. (Possibly longer if your wedding is in June, July or August).
*Final photo selections for the albums must be returned in 30 days to guarantee price.
*Price for day services are confirmed upon receipt of retainer.
*Prices for reprints, enlargements and albums are subject to change.
*Cancellations must be given in writing.
*A cancellation within 120 days of Wedding, client is responsible for day's charges.
